Join your tall friends for a great BBQ dinner as we get acquainted with one of the highest-rated barbecue locations

in the entire bay area. Run by Frank Bell (a.k.a. Uncle Frank), his style of cooking red dates back to an area of Louisiana known as Red River Parish. The meats are slow smoked using a combination of red oak, white oak and almond wood.

The sauces -- one mild and one hot -- are prepared fresh daily. The sauce descends from a time-honored family recipe dating back a century. It has no artificial ingredients. All the Southern Cuisine recipes have been modified for today's health-conscious generation.

On the menu are: Beef Brisket, (smoked for over 30 hours) succulent Pork Ribs, delectable Beef Links and scrumptious Chicken. Also fried Chicken Wings, Buffalo Wings(basted in their own special sauce), fried Shrimp, and

fried Fish Fillet. Some of the side dishes are: Cajun Corn, Collard Greens, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Candied Yams, Hush Puppies (fried), Fried Okra, Baked Beans, Cornbread, Fries, and Black-eye Peas.

Uncle Frank's is in the rear of Francesca's Bar, a full service bar that features a variety of specialty drinks while you dine, a pool table and several large screen sports TVs.
