This is it; the nationwide toast you have been hearing about. Be a part of history at this unique event. At exactly 2:00 pm, we’ll join the other 60+ TCI and affiliate clubs across the continent for a toast in unison to Tall Awareness and our founder, Kae Sumner Einfeldt. This event will be taking place simultaneously at the request made by Kae back in 1983. Please join us at the Acapulco Restaurant for brunch (or lift a glass at home if you are unable to attend).

We’ll meet at 1:15 and join the buffet line so that we are ready to toast at 2:00 p.m. with complimentary champagne or other beverage. Acapulco has a great buffet brunch with Mexican and American food. (Buffet closes at 2:00 but they will accommodate us.) The restaurant has a nice view overlooking a little lake with ducks. You’ll also have an opportunity to meet our new scholarship winner.

Directions: The Acapulco is on the east side of Lawrence between El Camino Real and Steven’s Creek Blvd.

>From 101, Take Lawrence South for 3 miles to Benton. Make a U-turn at Benton and drive north to Granada Ave. and Acapulco.
