Marfan Awareness—9th Annual

Chapter Family BBQ and Fundraiser

Cost: Attendance and barbeque are free. Fundraiser prize drawings: $5/ticket or 5 tickets for $20. Please bring a side dish to share.

Families and friends are welcome to attend this fun event where you can enjoy great food, meet new friends, offer support and share information, and learn more about Marfan Syndrome.

Cardiologist Dr. David Liang from the Stanford Marfan Clinic has offered to perform cardiac echocardiograms, review previous CD-ROM echoes, and provide consultation for anyone interested.

The BBQ is free; guests are asked to bring a side dish to share. Also, bring a swimsuit and towel for the pool. If you know anyone who is affected by Marfan, or if you would like to know more about it, this is a great event to attend.
